根據美國「Manolith」網站2013年最新統計，介紹全球最多美女的15個國家，而被一向認為世界時尚的領導者「法國」則位居第一。

法國產美女形象深居人心，儘管法國人常常毫無節制地大吃高脂食物，又菸又酒，他們的心臟病罹患率卻排名全世界最低之一，女孩們更是容光煥發！這其中到底是有什麼秘方，才讓法國美女們能夠擁有優雅又健康的美麗身軀呢？

答案是：「紅酒多酚」（Red Wine Polyphenols）！

顧名思義，當然是跟紅酒有關囉！紅酒的發酵過程是將葡萄皮連同葡萄一起浸泡發酵，果皮中含有單寧和多酚，多酚具有強大的抗氧化能力，葡萄含有相當大量的多酚物質，因此其萃取物已有明顯的抗氧化功效；在經過發酵成為葡萄酒後，多酚含量更提高、成分更穩定，抗氧化能力大幅提升。而飲用紅酒，就是歐洲人的懶人美容法。
