廚房突然冒出的蟲

大家好！
最近我家廚房隔一段時間，在流理台上就會冒出如下圖的紅喙白身長約4-5mm的蟲。

一週前開始出現。剛開始每天一出現我把它清掉，隔天會再次出現在流理台。
現在，我把它清掉，離開廚房幾分鐘，回到廚房就又出現了。出現速度之快，讓我以為他是蟑螂而不是蠕蟲。
觀察過排水管，可是看不到他從水管爬出。總是莫名其妙就出現在流理台上。
請教各位，他到底是哪種蟲？要如何處理才能部會再次看到他出現？
