宜蘭兩天（兩個半天）一晚行程

我們有兩個人計劃上午11點前抵達宜蘭，次日下午14點左右離開
看了宜蘭縣地圖與景點分佈，如果坐到宜蘭站並宿宜蘭，對行程安排是否便利？主要聽説宜蘭出租很貴？對想要去礁溪公園泡湯、羅東夜市兩頭分佈是不是很麻煩？
另行程安排宜蘭是因為聽台北人講介紹宜蘭是平原，比較特別，但是不知道什麼景點是看平原的？
網上這兩個地址上的一日和兩日遊線路，如果要套在我的時間上，可行嗎？看起來都要坐火車感覺好遠啊，只逗留一晚似乎顧全不到。
記了幾個熱門的景點還有幾米廣場、頭關公園、橘子咖啡、渡小月（是宜蘭起家的應該是必吃吧？）、國立傳統藝術中心這種有必要去嗎？
或者有沒有成熟一些的線路建議呢？
我這點時間假如包車費用可能是多少？
從大宜蘭角度來説哪些是必看必吃的又可以在我的時間里照顧到的？
