*走路一分钟至Pineland plaza Shopping centre, 坐公交车去到SunnybankPlaza 或者袁世行Marketsquare 只需3-5分钟

*独立的house, 水电网(无限下载)一律全包！绝无其他费用

*交通非常方便
接近公车站130，140，139，137，135，132。

走路10分钟到达Altandi 火车站去City 或者 Gold Coast

*公车直达 City, UQ, Griffith, Garden city, Southbanktafe
双人房内有超大入墙衣柜(不用再烦恼衣服没处放!)，2个书桌，1把电扇，2把椅子都归该房。如需要可以同时提供2张Queen size Bed（如图）或一张也可以家里是瓷砖地板, 热天凉快, 而且不西晒. 房客们都很和气!
