發文宣衝突違反選罷法遭訴

今年底競選期間，新竹市童姓里長候選人（60歲）不滿對手助選員張女（39歲）到自家地盤發送對方的傳單，竟粗魯地搶下她的文宣，以左肩撞張女胸部及左肩，造成張女胸口、肩部受傷，張女憤而提告違反選罷法及違反性騷擾防治法。

童男坦承有拿她手上的文宣，當時有碰觸身體，但非刻意。檢方認定是因競選活動發傳單引起的爭執，無積極證據證明童男有性騷擾意圖，新竹地檢署依違反選罷法起訴童男，另性騷擾部份做不起訴處分。
