跑票風波蔡英文：徹查到底

民進黨在多個縣市議長選舉發生跑票風波，黨主席蔡英文下午舉行中常會後率領中常委舉行記者會，向支持者們深深一鞠躬表達歉意，蔡英文表示，跑票的議員會開除黨籍，同時也會成立調查小組釐清跑票真相。
