歐蘭德：歐洲央行22日宣布量化寬鬆計畫

法國總統歐蘭德19日說，歐洲央行（ECB）將在22日宣布收購歐元區主權債券的計畫，進一步推升各方對ECB將跟隨其他主要央行採取量化寬鬆（QE）措施的期待。

歐蘭德19日在愛麗舍宮對企業領袖演說時透露：「ECB將在周四（22日）挹注大量流動性到歐洲經濟，創造有利於成長的情勢。」

分析師原已普遍預期ECB將在22日的決策會議上，宣布收購主權債券的計畫，以遏阻歐元區陷入通縮。
