Iphone6 異常狀況 (無預警關機,電話功能喪失)

去年10月在蘋果網站上購買I6 64G,使用快半年一直沒啥大問題

但這幾天開始出現一些很奇怪的狀況
1.觸控功能變得遲緩,特別是電話通訊方面,常常進入電話撥話畫面,但電話按鍵功能卻遲遲毫無反應
2. 昨天開始會無預警關機,但重新開機後電池蓄電量仍很高.
3.今天開始電話功能似乎無法運作,在電話撥號畫面無法撥話,以其它電話撥打I6也毫無反應
4.重新安裝最新軟體iOS 8.1.3,安裝完後這現象仍無改善.
5.期它APP軟體按鍵功能一切正常,如FACEBOOK,LINE, or其它APP軟體,

感覺上不像是觸控本身問題,似乎是I6本身其他軟硬體問題?
有大大遇過類似狀況嗎? 該如何應映呢?
這種狀況如果去Apple studio A能獲得保固嗎?
