Mark Mardon人稱:天氣巫師Weather Wizard(Liam McIntyre)來到中心成作怪,

揚言為他死去的兄弟Clyde Mardon復仇,。Mark和Clyde都有操控天氣的異能力,

Mark發誓一定要找出開槍殺死Clyde的兇手(Joe West偵探)。

當Mark攻擊Joe和Barry的時候, Barry利用自己的異能力保護兩人,但卻讓Mark脫逃。

Barry警告Joe千萬不要單獨對抗異能人,但Joe不聽勸告認為自己有能力對付罪犯,

最後將自己帶往未知的險境。同時,Cisco對逆閃電俠有了新發現,或許Joe對Wells博士

先前的看法是正確的(詳見預告)。Barry , Linda, Eddie和Iris一起去打保齡球,

但最後以尷尬收場。
