食譜 煙肉芝士熱香餅

熱香餅一般都是甜食，今次教大家做個鹹食的版本。
做法方便簡單，美味的秘訣，在於把煙肉釋出的油來炒洋葱，這樣煎出來的香餅不但特別香口，口感亦會鬆軟得多，好味過落糖膠多多聲。
