陸委會沒授權海基會談亞投行

海基會董事長林中森4月7日率海基會董監事團赴大陸參訪，預計10日在西安會見大陸海協會長陳德銘。陸委會表示，陸委會並未授權海基會就我國參與亞投行進行溝通。這次兩會在西安會晤時，不會觸及亞投行相關議題。

海基會高層表示，海基會沒有接獲陸委會授權與海協會溝通亞投行事宜，據轉述，林中森說，在沒被授權的情形下，亞投行議題不是海基會可以去和對岸商談的。
