綠鑽的葉子怎麼會裂呢？

幾週前購買了一盆綠鑽

不過業者是說水不用太常澆，因為很能耐

剛買來時，隔幾天發現葉子有裂開的情形

於是乎擔心是不是缺水，因此有大量的澆水

但更慘的是隔兩天根便開始爛

這時再緊急幫它把悶在裡面的土翻一翻，讓它透氣

目前的種法是種在盆器內再套上落地盆

新葉的部份持續有在成長

但總覺得這葉子是不應該這樣裂開，想請問有經驗的大大嗎？該如何照顧呢？

這應該是算好養的植物，但感覺都快被我種死了……

種植環境：大樓電梯公共空間，有對外窗戶，通風良好，太陽無直射
