[問題] 工作一個禮拜想離職

標題[問題] 該離職嗎?

目前的工作是在半導體業當生管 這是我的第一份工作 本人是國立大學商管學系畢業 當初會想進去科技業當生管是因為喜歡規劃 然後可以運用統計分析或其他方式讓排程更順暢 目前做了一個禮拜 發現跟自己想像中不一樣, 目前是休六日，六點下班 而1個半月後下線就要開始輪日班 做二休二 一天12小時 而且要待在無塵室工作 (操作電腦) 因為看到科技業版很多人待在裡面都生出病來… 所以有點不想再做下去，想回歸本行走行銷企劃方面 目前有幾個選擇 一、早點換，比較不會擔誤彼此時間 二、還是要先做幾個月看自己能不能適應？ 三、這幾天先投幾家面試，然後請假去面試，有拿到offer再離職，但新人就請假有點… 想請教各位前輩了，謝謝！ -- 「The secret to happiness is freedom.
