宜蘭、花蓮、台東地區的自助旅行資訊

七月，五天的東部旅行

七月中或之後打算跟姐姐兩人去東部玩，不過第一次自己安排旅程我有點不知道如何下手

懇請大家給我一些意見

交通：會從高雄搭火車到台東、花蓮，主要搭大眾運輸工具（ps,姐姐會騎機車）

行程中想要去台東縣熱氣球季賞鯨牧場還有花蓮縣原住民豐年節太魯閣國家公園(?)

（如果太趕也可增加旅遊天數，或刪減行程）

小妹對於行程的時間、動向都不太能拿捏，麻煩請大家指點一下

ps.東部是不是也有民宿會有套餐行程呢？
