我住地的地方是透天的社區，出入口只有一個. 巷弄狹小，兩台車要會車都很困難，偏偏有人把車庫挪為他用，車子就放在車門口.所以每次出入都跟考駕照一樣S型進出. 這種道路，有符合消防法規還是道路處罰條例嗎? 開單或著拖吊之類的? 另外，社區裡面有個籃球場，之前有提案，改建為停車場. 但是土地是國有地.就被否決了.國有地跟停車場有相關嗎?籃球場行停車場位甚麼不行? 這跟使用執照有相關? 謝謝. -- 「 Be a traveler, not a tourist」 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.224.77.235
