本身的作業系統是正版windows 8.1 前天開始電腦無法正常開機，會出現以下畫面：您的電腦未正確啟動無法載入作業系統，因為核心遺失或包含錯誤檔案：\windows\system32\drivers\volmgrx.sys or ... \ntoskrnl.exe or ... \winload.exe 錯誤碼：0xc0000221 您必須使用安裝媒體的修復工具。如果您沒有任何安裝軟體(例如光碟或USB裝置)，請聯絡系統管理員或電腦製造商。圖示如下：http://ppt.cc/UWkb 我放入Windows光碟後也沒啥作用，按下Enter重試或是F8選擇啟動設定裡頭的每個選項，電腦也只是在一直無限輪迴的出現上述的三個檔案名稱，有時運氣好，可以成功進入桌面，但是大部分的時候都是無法成功開機的狀態，還請各位電腦高手幫我想想辦法，是哪裡出了問題，該怎麼解決，謝謝！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.139.97.231
