標題[請益]北部南部的Offer選擇(馗鼎 康舒)

公司 馗鼎奈米 康舒 職務 電漿設備power韌體工程師 POWER韌體工程師 工時 0800~1830 0830~1740 薪水 44k(*13~15) 40k(*13~15) 地點 台南永康 台北淡水 住宿 租屋 租屋 小弟我私立碩畢，將近兩年半導體測試工程師工作經驗， 這兩間 offer分別在北部南部，公司薪資以及規模有點落差， 但康舒報加班後年薪可能差不多。 就未來發展性來說我該怎麼選擇比較好呢? 因在科技版發問回應較少，所以想在此版詢問各位大大的意見，謝謝。 馗鼎奈米:公司規模較小，但起薪約多4K，加班時數一個月可能約5hr， 主管說加班換補休，但另個工程師說可報加班，主管說正在招募人員 明年會擴廠般到永康工業區。 康舒:公司規模較大，但是人資說以新人起薪計算約40k，加班時數一個月可能有10hr， 一定可報加班，科技板爬文公司穩定但加薪幅度變化不大，但未來要跳槽的話 可能比較容易。 小弟我私立碩畢，將近兩年半導體測試工程師工作經驗， 最近拿到這兩間 offer，不過一間在北一間在南，公司規模有點落差， 不曉得怎麼選擇，若以未來的發展性來說，版上各位前輩是否能給些建議呢?謝謝。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 218.173.60.151 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1403526588.A.B62.html
