監院人事同意權復議案 立法院明處理

立法院今天中午舉行程序委員會，針對明天院會議程進行表決。國民黨團提議只處理上周五民進黨團提出的監察院人事同意權復議案，表決通過。明天上午院會將處理復議案。

國民黨立委陳淑慧在程序委員會提案，明天原訂12項討論事項，暫緩列案，僅處理監察院人事權復議案，遭到民進黨立委段宜康、陳其邁質疑，暫緩列案正當性。

國民黨政策執行長林鴻池說，明天僅處理復議案，是希望臨時會盡量單純化，其他法案都還在協商，沒有共識，明天單純處理復議案，沒共識的法案繼續協商，下星期臨時會就可以處理。

程序委員會主席吳育昇表示，明天上午將針對監察院人事同意權復議案進行處理，如果上午院會順利開會，中午會再開一次程序委員會，排定同意權審查時程。若明天上午無法順利開會，周五將再舉行一次程序委員會。
