基隆議員鄭怡信涉行收賄 地院再次裁定

基隆市議員鄭怡信於月眉路道路拓寬工程弊案，涉嫌違背職務行收賄罪，檢方21日聲請羈押，地院首次裁定50萬元交保，檢方不服提抗告，高院昨撤銷原裁定發回更審，地院昨晚8點半召開羈押庭，經過5個小時審理及評議後，裁定鄭怡信收押禁見。
