新北市長朱立倫參選國民黨主席，他未來身兼新北市長和國民黨主席，有立委質疑朱列席行政院會時，行政院長毛治國角色尷尬，朱立倫今天上午說，怎麼會尷尬？不管扮演哪個角色，都是團隊的一員，共同為國家好就好。

朱立倫以棒球比喻，一個團隊中大家扮演不同角色，今天你當投手，他當捕手，你當游擊手，或者一壘手，都是團隊的一員。他說，過去擔任行政院副院長時，後來當上行政院長的陳冲、江宜樺、毛治國都是部長，只是角色扮演不同。

對於朱立倫主張的內閣制修憲，各方出現雜音，朱立倫說，藉著修憲改正權責不符的問題，是一定要做的事，但所有內容大家可以提出意見討論，推動憲改過程中，他也會向專家學者或前輩、不同政黨的人士溝通或請求協助。
