愛國同心會又打人？ 北市警：子虛烏有

外傳愛國同心會1月19日在台北101大樓廣場前，又對法輪功成員動粗；信義警分局20日晚間說，經檢視當天執勤紀錄與蒐證錄影帶，當天雙方雖有不同意識形態意見表達，但都被警方區隔、勸阻，根本沒有任何肢體接觸，何來暴力行為。

警方表示，這樣的傳言是子虛烏有，對雙方對立沒有幫助，對執勤警察更是不公平。

台北市長柯文哲20日被媒體問到此事時語帶不悅地說，「現在的信義分局長是誰啊？叫他來報告」。

信義分局長李德威雖申請退休，柯文哲也已批准他的退休報告，但預計2月1日才生效，信義分局長目前還是李德威。
