BMW M235i被A有影片 可是....

2014-12-24 停在北投中央北路四段麥當勞旁的停車場 去買個早餐回來不到5分鐘 發現車子左前保桿變形掉漆、大燈被擠壓移位 還有保桿、大燈的犀牛皮都破了
左邊原本停的休旅車不見了
就只好打110報警 邊跟警察等交通隊邊吃麥當勞等了1個多小時
後來發現停車場有隻錄影機剛好照我這 有錄到撞擊的畫面
詢問是否可以翻拍 停車場說是政府的要等明天公文下來簽名才能翻拍
（我住萬華為了拍攝隔天還要在跑北投一趟）

請問這位車主說傷不是她造成的 各位怎麼看？
