塞車免再瞎耗　快用引擎煮大餐

又塞車了！不管返鄉或出遊，綿延的車陣總叫人掃興。幾個小時的等待，如何打發？一個英國大學生說，不如趁著汽車發動，用引擎煮頓大餐吧！

《汽車引擎烹調完全指南》（Carbecue），由二十二歲的卡瑞（Alfred Cary）出版。自從一次旅程中，他用一百六十公里的車程，煮好了一頓羊排大餐，他就愛上「以車代爐」的烹飪方式，至今「燒烤」過一百道菜。

他的訣竅在於錫箔紙，品質要好而且包上兩層，烹調時間則依車款而異，單用他的福特小型車Ford Ka就能準備六人份餐點。不過，電動車則因熱度不夠當不了烤箱。

「不再為食物走上高速公路，而是選擇景色優美的小道享受美食，」卡瑞說，這正是汽車烹調的最大好處。
