永豐南京子行將置產金融城

永豐銀行將於對岸置產，子行永豐銀行（中國）今天公告斥資人民幣6256.32萬元，將購置位於南京市金融城的自用不動產。

永豐金控策略長張晉源表示，選擇自行購買不動產的原因有三，一是中國大陸租金成本相當高，租不如買，其二是取得時點、價格都不錯，其三是永豐銀行在大陸以子行經營，就是希望永續經營，自然必須擁有自己的不動產，才能帶給員工「家的感覺」。

永豐銀行目前除南京子行外，亦申設上海分行。張晉源說，已取得金管會核准，必須再得對岸主管機關核准。至於證券據點布局，他說，必須等服貿過關，經營環境確定後再談。
