　　我是購買104全修課程　　　知識達填單選其他　寫意見說我要DVD但不滿補償方案 (覺得禮券用不到希望延長觀看期限) 　　今天收到知識達寄來的總複習課程　線上課程含啟用碼　　是因為DVD還沒做好所以先寄線上課程來嗎？　　覺得怪怪不敢啟用　現已超過客服時間無法詢問　　　有人跟我一樣情形嗎? 另外消保官我是用線上遞件把板友分享的範本建議略改後上傳word附檔我是填初次申訴目前未接到消保官電話上網查案件出現 "爭議程序: 第二次申訴"字樣 "處理狀態"則是空白如圖 http://i.imgur.com/kjUjV2L.png
