標題[問題] 非本科系想考律師

各位好 小弟目前從事服務業 因為某些因素想要轉職當一個有一技之長的律師 但是大學念的是理工科系而非法律系 所以對於如何取得律師資格感到有點不太清楚 剛剛查了國考的項目 有看到律師特考 律師高考 專技律師 等這幾類考試名稱 想請教一下現在如果要取得律師資格的話 分別參加上面這幾類不同的考試在過關之後對於律師的身份會有區別嗎? 另外我大學修的法律只是通識性質而已 是否必須要去參加法律學分班才可符合報名律師考試的條件呢? 謝謝法律系的前輩們指點 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 61.231.199.239 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Examination/M.1431843469.A.985.html
