記得前些日子看蘋果新聞時看到一則新聞是"駭客跨27國盜領 10小時捲走12億" 以下是該新聞的連結 http://ppt.cc/N~sh 我想問的是裡面提到"台無金融預付卡。犯罪集團鎖定的金融預付卡，功能類似信用卡開戶時必須先存一筆錢進戶頭，一人可申請多張卡，消費時現刷現扣，帳戶餘額不足就不能消費或提款。Master卡台灣區總經理楊雅婷昨表示，台灣目前沒有發行此卡，各銀行也未向主管機關提出申請。金融預付卡不就是VISA金融卡嗎...? 那裡面提到台無金融預付卡指的是MasterCard沒有發行該功能的卡還是美國那裡有發行另外一種有別於VISA金融卡的產品...? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.167.138.133
