SP自動關機&重啟

我8月份剛辦SONY SP

但就在昨天開始 手機突然自動關機 之前也有過1~2次是開網頁時 突然關機

但昨天我玩遊戲我按了截圖之後 手機就突然自己關機 我在開的時候 用沒多久又突然自己關機

我把行動數據關掉後 就可以維持開機一段時間 但我一開起行動數據又關機了

他又自己重開 有時候跑到SONY 或XPERIA 就要跳掉重開一直重複動作

但我一插上插頭或是行動充 手機又可以正常使用 當我一關掉行動充 手機馬上或過一下子就關機重啟了

想問一下 這是跟手機內部程式或是記憶體有關 還是電池已經壞掉了??

不曉得有沒有人也有跟我一樣的問題

現在要用手機只能靠插著插頭或行動充用了...
