最近面試業務職缺之後，以下兩家公司通知錄取 耀登科技 棕茂科技 薪資 32k+季獎金(團體績效) 28k+季獎金(個人績效) 油補 6元/一公里 公司配車 產品 手機天線及測試儀器 加工陶瓷、零組件 工時 08:30~17:30(彈性半小時) 08:30~責任制 ===================================================== 由於小弟是從b2c業務轉戰，本身沒有科技業底子 因此對於這兩家公司的產品及營運狀況都不了解 想請教版上的各位前輩，團體績效vs個人績效的差異 另外這兩家公司的產品南轅北轍，哪一項的市場發展性較好?? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.141.135.216
