想請問大家對於今年移民三等移民政策申論題考題考國際移民組織這個題目大家會覺得考得很偏嗎還有刑訴的題目...考一二審的問題這題大家來看是容易的還是困難的.... 都寫得如何呢?? 提審法就不說了... 我是第一次準備這個移民行政也是第一次考國考準備了8個月帶職 4個月全職的時間準備時已經有點抓不住範圍了看到考題更是如此想知道是不是補習班選擇的問題我是補 "元X" 所以想聽聽看大家的意見我不敢對成績但也在考慮是否繼續準備下去....... 我個人是認為國際移民組織這題雖說考出來不能說他離題但....這答案也不好找是否大家也是如此認為呢另一題國際公法的實例題我倒覺得還OK 所以還請各位大大簡短分享一下自己的感覺.... 1.國際移民組織這題困難與否 2.刑事訴訟法申論困難與否 [問題] 應考資格、各種國考疑難雜症等，以有正確作法、答案者為主 (不包括書裡的疑問)。若問題如人生規劃、讀書計畫等，無一定作法、答案者，請用閒聊選項。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.25.17.88 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Examination/M.1408973288.A.F96.html
