食安風暴究責 魏國彥：隨時掌握案情

餿水油事件延燒，事件發生時，因人不在國內坐鎮，被點名究責的環保署長魏國彥，今天出席出席國民黨「立法行政部門議事研討會」時強調，劣質油事件會偵破，也是因為環保署發現相關問題，經布線蒐證後，9月1日才發動偵辦。

魏國彥說，歐洲環保外交行程安排已久，得來不易，不能輕易放棄，但現在網路發達，在國外有隨時掌握案情發展。

魏國彥表示，已提案制定「資源環境利用法」，提供全面掌握廢棄物循環利用流向的管理法源，目前全案已在立院委員會審查中。

此外，明天也將召集各地方政府環保主管機關到署內開會，研究補起廢棄油處理漏動方法，將夜市、攤販、小吃店廢棄油納管，本周末也會陪同院內長官前往夜市視察。
