各位大大好,小女子今年26歲,上份工作在某百貨擔任行銷企劃班長一職 待了三年時間,因前景狹隘而離職,現有2家offer在做選擇 A.教育訓練 B.博弈產業的行銷企劃(專攻國外市場) 不論是職業別與產業別都是新嘗試,希望能給些建議 公司 A B 產業類別 機械科技上市大廠 博奕遊戲軟體開發 公司規模 1000人以上 50人左右 通勤時間 約25分鐘 約5-10分鐘 薪資 試用期(三個月) 試用期(三個月) 底薪N-3 N 獎金視表現 正式N+2~5 保障年薪14個月 年薪至少14個月 工作內容 教育訓練管理 行銷企劃 工作時間 8:30 ~ 17:30 9:00 ~ 18:00 週休 週休 偶爾周六加班 很少加班 有加班費 優點 上市大公司 福利好,有機會至國外出差 跨職別,可學習更多 離家近 其實在2個禮拜前考慮到產業別先拒絕B了 後來接到A的錄取通知,發現薪水不如預期,但也因為是大公司就答應了 而在今天又接到B主管打來的電話 希望我能過去他那邊上班,我也很明確地回答她我已經找到工作了(但還沒報到) 不過心裡想B的福利還是很誘人的.....害我又動搖了 自己的想法是 A不錯 但月薪不高 但如未來發展前景看好可接受 B公司福利好,主管也很好,但博弈軟體開發(國外)實在不熟悉 希望各位能給些建議了~~ 另有錄取樹德企業品牌行銷與法雅客行銷企劃,但都回絕了 有興趣瞭解者可站內信 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 115.82.83.210 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1411117659.A.5E0.html
