關於高樓層「轟菌」的疑慮

小弟最近也想開始建造自己的轟菌

但礙於是20多年的老公寓，
又不是住一樓，想請教轟菌的前輩們，
如果健身器具本身40公斤，自身體重算60，負重80，會有坍塌的可能嗎?
不好意思，建築方面完全外行，只想確定是自己擔心太多，
還是真的有可能造成危險，假如沒有這方面的疑慮，
我也要加入轟菌阿！！！！

目前考慮這款，不知是否有類似能推薦的，煩請指教，感恩
