天然ㄟ尚好！冬天自製「紅豆暖暖包」，不只省錢還有豆香味

天氣好冷喔！剛才經過藥妝店時，看到店裡擺好好多暖暖包做促銷。這讓我想到，我們也可以自製暖暖包，非常簡單而且可以重覆使用喔！

做法如下：

1.將毛巾的長邊對折做成袋子狀，並將三邊縫好

2.接著放入八分滿的紅豆，再把開口處縫合，成了暖暖袋

3.使用上只需將暖暖袋放入「微波爐」中，用一般火力加熱約1分鐘即可使用。

用紅豆做暖暖包，可以重覆使用，很環保；而且加熱後，還會有淡淡的紅豆香味，聞起來、用起來都很舒服。如果大家有興趣，也可以用其他豆類，像是黃豆、綠豆等裝入袋中，也很不錯。
