台北市長當選人柯文哲的台北市府秘書長，將由現任高雄市府副秘書長蘇麗瓊接掌；高雄市長陳菊幕僚12日凌晨12時餘證實有此事。

台北市長當選人柯文哲市府團隊逐漸成形，柯營人士證實，在高雄市長陳菊大方借將下，將由地方資歷豐富的蘇麗瓊，接下未來北市府文官長職務。

陳菊當年在扁市府任社會局長時，蘇麗瓊就在其麾下，後來民進黨中央執政，蘇也曾到內政部、勞委會任職；柯營大將、謝系立委李應元擔任勞委會主委時，蘇便是副主委，後來陳菊當選高雄市長後，蘇也再南下追隨前長官，歷任民政局、社會局長，現為高市府副秘書長。
