令人緊繃一路尾隨大聲棘輪聲

每晚夜騎繞圈澄清湖,總會不時遇見各種勇腳踩著各式車種,沒兩圈就被放了o第一次遇到如此勇腳,竟然屈就在我後面,一路跟了兩圈14公里,竟然不刷我卡o一路上不過5秒就聽到約半秒棘輪聲,啊我雖不是勇腳,但也不是輕鬆騎,這這這會不會太強了,跟得如此輕鬆o每晚目標均速32騎5圈想儘早收工,不想停下來,但喝水放慢他又不超車,搞得棘輪聲恐慌--------------平路摧下去4-50甩不掉,上坡摧到30依然被咬住---------------

請問 不停車前提下
一怎樣的騎法有機會甩開異音???
二人不夠強,加強練什???
三車不夠強
