1. x公里減掉1.5公里剩下的再除以300公尺每300公尺5元所以乘5
最後+上前1.5公里70元 = 70+{[(x-1.5)/0.3]*5}元

2. y元-70元(前1.5公里) 剩下的除以5元得到剩下可以坐多少公里
每5元坐0.3KM 最後+上前1.5公里=總公里數 = 1.5+{[(y-70)/5]*0.3}(公里)
