請教: 有比較完美的隔音方式嗎?

想讓小朋友學鋼琴, 但是不想用電子鋼琴, 又怕吵到樓下鄰居

爬了M01的文, 都是建議厚窗簾, 或是加軟墊, 但是大都只能隔絕部分的聲音, 並不能完全隔絕聲音

不知道網上是否有專家可以建議如何隔音才可以使用標準鋼琴, 但是聲音又不會傳導到樓下嗎?
目前有一間書房可以改為琴房,已經鋪了木地板, 但是沒有加高
