迪爵起步無力尾速上不去

最近接手了我爸的一台fg開頭的迪爵(有人知道這是什麼引擎的嗎)
我拿到之前有做過汽缸搪缸，皮帶，普利盤，發電機，電瓶，啟動馬達等的整理
但是我一直覺得起步的時候沒什麼力
家裡另一台起步輕輕轉就動了
我這台起步要油門到底才比較ok
還有這台速度也不太上的去
到了表速80初就非常非常慢了
我最多只有一次拖到90左右(在很長很長的路上)
請問這些問題要如何改善呢
或是需要改什麼東西呢
基本上要改的話我想盡量以耐用取向(大概要能騎個3年以上吧
對了還有避震超級軟這個問題有辦法改善嗎
