關於您反應購買P15F v2使用變壓器聲音問題，經與電話服務同仁確認由於昨日您來電時，與您電話中確認您是透過家中二孔插座使用轉接頭接上P15F v2變壓器使用，由於P15F v2變壓器需要使用三孔且有正確接地之插座使用，才能避免靜電造成筆電使用異常(包括變壓器異音)，因此服務人員建議您可以嘗試透過家中三孔且正確接地之插座使用測試是否仍會有此問題？

若您測試後仍會有此問題，可以將筆電連同變壓器送至全台技嘉服務中心協助進一步檢測處理，但由於您購買不到七天，為維護您的權益，仍建議您可以聯絡原購買單位協助後續換貨事宜，造成您的不便，敬請見諒。
