騎機車蹓鳥男子認罪獲緩起訴

黃姓男子上月15日上午，騎著機車露出生殖器，一路若無其事的在土城區閒逛了3公里。民眾發現攔下巡邏員警說有人騎車「蹓鳥」，員警立即追上攔下黃，依公然猥褻罪送辦。黃承認當時因精神狀態不好，也不知為何有這個舉動，事後到醫院精神科就診，目前服藥控制中。檢方認為黃認罪且素行良好，今天處分緩起訴。
