總統：鼓勵朱立倫訪陸以黨輔政

總統馬英九今天表示，中國國民黨主席朱立倫上任時，他就已向朱立倫說過，並鼓勵朱立倫到中國大陸訪問，要維持兩岸關係，以黨輔政。

馬總統今天到新北市中和區拜訪節水達人楊賢英，會後離開時，媒體訪問「總統，是否鼓勵朱主席（朱立倫）到大陸訪問？」

總統表示，「當然，當然，我很早就跟他（朱立倫）講了。」總統說，朱立倫一當選黨主席，他就告訴朱立倫，兩岸關係要維持，也希望以黨輔政，幫助政府推動兩岸政策。

對於民進黨主席蔡英文要求國民黨別把兩岸關係當國共關係，馬總統駁斥蔡英文，強調「（兩岸關係）本來就不是（國共關係）啊，這是我們（國民黨）跟大陸的關係」。

對於台中捷運工地意外，馬總統也表示，在第一時間獲悉後，就打電話給行政院長毛治國，在盡可能的範圍給予協助。
