劉大貝：兆豐證縮點非裁員審慎應對工會

兆豐金控（2886）子公司兆豐證券董事長劉大貝表示，縮減分公司據點並不等於要裁員，而是要朝合理化的人力配置去做，況且兆豐證券是公股背景券商，兆豐金控也有工會組織，因此兆豐證會審慎處理人力資源問題。

劉大貝表示，兆豐證券本身雖不像兆豐銀行有自己的工會，但是兆豐金控設有工會，會關切兆豐金所有子公司的員工權益，因此兆豐證身為公股券商，不可能像民營券商那樣，一縮減據點就大幅裁員。
