法務部下午六時卅分，公布特偵組監聽事件調查小組名單：(一) 常務次長蔡碧玉兼召集人。(二) 中華民國律師公會全國聯合會理事長林春榮律師。(三) 臺灣法曹協會理事長高思博。(四) 司法人權促進會理事張明偉副教授。(五) 臺北律師公會理事長陳彥希律師。(曾任檢察官)(六) 國立政治大學法學院副院長暨法律學系系主任何賴傑教授。(七) 臺灣刑事法學會前理事長余振華教授。(八) 臺灣高雄地方法院檢察署檢察長蔡瑞宗。(九) 本部檢察司司長張文政。(十) 本部廉政署副署長鄭銘謙。(十一) 臺灣高等法院高雄分院檢察署檢察官王俊力。
