之前住的地方的房東真的是個大爛人~在育樂街的巷子裡的47號4樓之2那一間，之前電視 壞了找人來修理花了300，就堅持修理的錢要我們付，是怎樣?修理好是我們可以搬走是八 ~馬的!跟他反映什麼也都不處理~一到要付房租時間就一值催,晚一天給就直接跑過來要收 錢~真是死要錢的~現在要搬離開了~最後的押金還要扣掉之前我們修理電視的300元，説那 是我們要付的錢，而且水電費也是，上個月的水電費沒到2000塊，硬要扣我們2000元，他 媽的~真沒看過那麼愛錢的人~要提醒住成大附近的朋友~還是你有朋友可能要在那邊租屋 的，千千萬萬不要租到那一間，那間房子超爛，沒下雨的天氣也會漏水，要他處理還不太 想給你處理，跟他反應任何事情，都不會理你，只會跟你收錢，希望大家不要再成為受害 者了~今天跟他完全沒關係了真是太好了 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 101.15.210.114
