陳致遠等涉打假球 高院13日宣判 （中央社記者劉世怡台北12日電）前職棒球員陳致遠、蔡豐安、張誌家以及組頭蔡政宜等人被控打假球，一審均判有罪。台灣高等法院明天進行二審宣判。 職棒20週年總冠軍賽於民國98年10月落幕，隨即爆發職棒打假球案，曹錦輝、張誌家、陳致遠等多名明星球員涉入；當時的板橋地檢署於99年偵結後，陳致遠、蔡豐安、張誌家及楊博任等人被依詐欺等罪起訴，曹錦輝則獲不起訴。 新北地方法院100年6月間就中華職棒打假球案宣判，前台南縣議長吳健保、組頭蔡政宜、余則彬，以及張誌家、陳致遠等球員，共計23名被告被判1月15天至7年不等刑期，總併科罰金逾新台幣5000萬元。 全案經上訴，由台灣高等法院審理，明天將宣判。1030812 http://ppt.cc/Xv53 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 36.235.209.8 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Baseball/M.1407871588.A.0D0.html
