柯案簽結有利黨籍？ 王金平：往事別再提

特偵組監聽民進立院黨團總召柯建銘電話，發現到前北市議員許富男告訴柯建銘可找前法官楊炳禎幫忙，讓特偵組質疑更一審逆轉被柯建銘無罪，可能與楊炳禎有關，更因此引爆去年的九月政爭，但全案經交由北檢分案調查，以查無犯罪實據簽結。立法院長王金平今天在面對媒體詢問時表示，「簽結就好了，不必再爭執其它的事，事前過了就好，往事不必現在再提起。」

媒體追問，檢方的動作是否是打馬臉?是否有利於黨籍案?王金平說，這個他不知道，是否有利黨籍案也不清楚，王金平並說，對於黨籍案二審，他個人平常心，而且一向都這樣。
