小弟目前正在找工作確定錄取上的有三家一家是新X人壽的保服員底薪25000，並無業績壓力但是約聘職，2年後轉成業務第二家是台X大車隊的廣告AE 底薪25000，三個月後提至28000 業績門檻是一個月30萬，多出來的另計獎金第三家是戶外廣告的廣告AE 底薪也是25000，但有激厲獎金5000 業績門檻一個月30萬，多出來的另計獎金小弟工作不滿一年，對業務工作算是滿有興趣的不知道各位大哥大姐能否提供個建議呢? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 118.165.129.97 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1407816157.A.61C.html
