前幾天去看了飛鳥觀止 它的格局我還蠻喜歡的

預計明年3月前成屋 目前還在蓋

不過開價讓我有點傻眼 一坪19萬 一定要買停車位 125萬

那附近的價位真的有到那麼高?????

附近建案大多是透天 新大樓不多 我看應該2.3棟而已

目前附近都還是空地 要發展起來沒個3.5年也不可能

交通只能靠機車或汽車 大眾運輸幾乎沒有

鄰近的開發區 也都還有一段路

請問比較聊解附近價位或有成交的大大

要用什麼價格談會比較好
