GSR 洗車問題

六月牽的 GSR
到目前騎了4000公里

大概一個禮拜會洗一次車
頂多兩周
我洗車洗的有一點點小仔細
車框以及前後輪上面機車內部容易有土的
我都會洗掉
金屬部分也都會用海綿刷洗過

前幾天
我的時速表及里程數都不會跑

去機車檢查之後
他幫我前輪有條管子拆開後看裡面的線 (抱歉我不知道那叫什麼)

斷掉了!!

他問我是不是常洗車，因為裡面看有水珠。

而他也是第一次看到這狀況...

請問一下這樣算組裝不良嗎？
那要換是否我還得必須負擔這費用？(雖然只有250)

有點悶!!!
那裡真的不能沖水嗎？
